Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating, interpreting, and advising on international agreements and inter-agency collaborations.

• Supervising analyses of foreign tax laws and agreements related to U.S. forces.
• Serving as AFRICOM’s principal negotiator or legal advisor in high-level international agreements.
• Advising the Joint Staff International Law section on compliance and precedent-setting issues.
