- Publish scholarly works in peer-reviewed journals, classified forums, and other outlets.
- Provide technical insight and feedback to Fellows on their research and conceptual work.
- Engage with academic, military, and industry personnel to facilitate discussions and strategic analyses.
- Act as a mentor and advisor for approximately 12-15 Fellows each academic year.

Eligibility and Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.

- Extensive teaching experience, particularly with graduate-level students.
