Job Responsibilities
The International Program Coordinator position is diverse and spans a range of responsibilities essential for the success of the Engineering and Systems Integration Directorate.
Core duties include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for international visits and representing the organization in interagency working groups.
- Coordinating international agreements and partnerships, such as Project Agreements (PA) and Data Exchange Agreements (DEA).
- Serving as a liaison with higher headquarters, international stakeholders, and security cooperation community members.
- Overseeing coordination on Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs and technology protection initiatives.
- Planning and organizing technology demonstrations, trade shows, and other key events.
- Developing policies and strategic plans that align with pertinent regulations, program goals, and organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet specific professional experience requirements.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Specialized Experience: One year of experience equivalent to the GS-11 level (DE-02 pay band) in roles that required coordination with government and international partners, policy evaluation, and program documentation vetting.
- Capability to work with multidisciplinary teams across various locations.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks even under tight deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Completion of DoD Security Cooperation Workforce Certification (SCW) training within one year of onboarding.
- Ability to travel for the position, which may require up to 25% travel.
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing in compliance with Army protocols.
