• Provide technical insight and feedback to Fellows on their research and conceptual work.
• Engage with academic, military, and industry personnel to facilitate discussions and strategic analyses.
• Act as a mentor and advisor for approximately 12-15 Fellows each academic year.

Eligibility and Requirements
