Eligibility and Requirements
This internship is tailored for U.S. Citizens pursuing a degree in an accredited institution. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
General Eligibility:
- Currently enrolled full-time or half-time at a recognized academic institution pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Hold a course of study leading to a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
- Maintain good academic standing, as defined by their college or university.
Education Requirements for the Engineering Program:
To qualify for this role, applicants must pursue a degree in professional engineering, which includes:
- A curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), or
- Completion of foundational coursework such as calculus, physics, chemistry, and at least five specialized engineering areas (e.g., statics, fluid mechanics, materials science).
If academic requirements aren’t met upon graduation, interns may not be considered for permanent positions.
