This Attorney-Adviser role focuses on providing critical legal advice and support regarding Federal acquisition contracts and procurement processes.   • Advising the Office of Acquisitions and Departmental programs on all stages of the procurement process, including contract administration, modifications, and complex legal matters like Buy American compliance.

  • Representing the Department during bid protests at the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and in coordination with the Court of Federal Claims (COFC).
